Returns
Due to the nature of our products, for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We will do our best to work with you to help find a solution to any problem you may have.
Our wholesale policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. For help with your order please contact hello@prettyzenandco.com
To be eligible for a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@prettyzenandco.com within 3 days of delivery. We will not accept returns WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT. Your item must be unopened, unwashed, unworn and in the same condition that you received it, free of smoke, pet hair, deodorant and make-up stains. Leggings, bath products, candles, and oil rollers are all FINAL SALE. Any refund will be given in the form of store credit.
Sale items
Sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@prettyzenandco.com with a picture of the defect.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Pretty Zen & Co, 1298 Mary Ct, Danielsville PA 18038.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If exchanging the item, we will bill you for shipping out the new item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
