Where are you located?
We are located in eastern Pennsylvania, just north of Allentown. From Philadelphia we are about 2-3 hours north.
How long does it take to ship?
All handmade spa products will ship within 3-7 business days. Shipping times may be extended during the holidays or if an influx of orders occurs. When your order is shipped you automatically receive an email with the tracking number of the package.
What are the shipping options?
We offer standard and express shipping. The shipping rates are auto-calculated in accordance with the current USPS rates.
What is the return policy?
Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on our handmade spa products. All sale items are final sale. For returns on graphic apparel please contact us within three (3) days of delivery at hello@prettyzenandco.com
We will not accept returns WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT. Your item must be unwashed, unworn and in the same condition that you received it, free of smoke, pet hair, deodorant and make-up stains. Leggings, bath products, candles, and oil rollers are all FINAL SALE. Any refund will be given in the form of store credit.
What if I need an exchange?
If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs including the return of the item to PZC and shipping out the correct item.
What if my order is never delivered?
Please checking the tracking number to confirm delivery. Usually you will have to file a claim with the post office. Depending on the item ordered, I may be able to offer a replacement, but this is not always the case.
What should I do if I receive a defective order?
Please send an email with a photo or video of the defect and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can!
How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?
As soon as your order is placed it is sent to our production and shipping department. We kindly ask that you double check all items in your cart before completing your purchase.
How do I make sure I am ordering the correct size?
All of our apparel contain a size chart. We suggest measuring your favorite t-shirt or sweatshirt and compare those measurements to our size chart to get your favorite fit!
How are your spa products made?
All my handmade products are made at my stainless steel kitchen workbench located in my basement home office in accordance with proper operating procedures as set forth by the FDA.
What is a phthalate-free fragrance oil?
Phthalates are a group a chemicals known to disrupt the endocrine system and have a negative affect on human health. All fragrances used at Pretty Zen & Company are phthalate-free and some scents are even made with essential oils!
What kinds of essential oils do you use in your products?
We buy our oils at retail cost from a California based, woman-owned, small business who sources the highest quality herbs from all over the world!
Where do the materials come from?
All of my ingredients are bought in bulk directly from my suppliers. All ingredients are purchased from other small business located throughout the United States.
Where is your graphic apparel made?
All of our graphic apparel is made and shipped from our friend in Ohio. (In case you haven't noticed by now, I LOVE to support other small, women owned business!)
