Domestic Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

All orders are processed in 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email with your tracking number upon shipping. Your tracking number will be active within 48 hours. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by weight and displayed at checkout. Orders over $75 ship free. All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipments are shipping from Pennsylvania, delivery times will vary based on delivery address and season. Please allow additional days in transit for your delivery as we have no control how fast your package moves once it leaves our hands. 

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please verify your mailing address prior to placing an order. If the carrier cannot deliver the product to you due to their policies or issues with our location this is the customers responsibility, not Pretty Zen & Co.

If an item is marked "delivered" through USPS, the customer is responsible for the package. Pretty Zen & Company is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items in shipping. The customer is purchasing shipping from the carrier, not Pretty Zen & Co. 

Any shipping costs for returns, exchanges or re-delivery are the customers responsibility.
